I ask what technical problem is keeping you up most this week. You'll probably send me a version of the answer when you book — it helps me arrive sharp.
Then we talk about three things: the concrete problem, the business context behind the problem, and what you tried before that didn't work.

Two weeks. If the fit doesn't convince you, we refund what you paid.
We start with two paid weeks of discovery. If at the end of those two weeks you aren't convinced of the team, the method, and the approach we propose — we refund what you invested and we leave as friends. No fine print, no negotiation.
